SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

Shipping

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders marked as “awaiting fulfillment” are actively being prepared by our warehouse.

Our standard processing time is 3–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

To ensure faster delivery, items within the same order may ship separately, and you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch, though in some cases it may take up to 7 days.

While we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, processing or carrier delays may occur and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

International orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing, which is outside of our control.

Certain licensing restrictions may limit our ability to ship specific products to certain regions. These restrictions will appear at checkout when shipping options are calculated. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, you may be prompted to remove it from your cart in order to complete your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Full-price items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined below. Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

For hygienic reasons, underwear, socks, beanies, hats, masks, and bandanas cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and protective packaging. All returns are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet these requirements or that arrive damaged may be denied a refund.

At this time, return labels are only provided for customers residing in the United States. For U.S. customers, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total, and original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

Customers outside the United States are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping. We strongly recommend using insured shipping and retaining proof of shipment, as Supply Chain Distribution is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received and processed. Please allow up to 7 days for return processing after receipt at our facility. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account.

If you need to modify or inquire about a return or exchange request, please contact support@supplychaindistro.com immediately. Once a refund has been issued or an exchange has shipped, changes cannot be made.

Customer support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While we aim to respond as quickly as possible, response times may vary depending on inquiry volume.
